Video Transcription
In this video we will show you how to resubmit no match claims. First we'll go to our pre-add match queue. Go to the no match tab. Select how many claims we want to resubmit. Click on regenerate pre-add claims. If we want to change any of the data, whether it's name, address, or debt data, it can be done through the interface. Then we can add it to our queue. Our next no match that we want to resubmit will pop up. Now we've added three no matches to our pre-add queue. If we go to the home page, you will see the three no matches have been added to the queue. Now we can select them to be submitted.
