PCI Members are invited to attend the virtual Production Managers Workshop which will be held the third Thursday of each month. February’s topic is “How Does Your Culture Affect Quality – An Auditor’s Perspective”. Mr. W. Michael Paris, PE of Ross Bryan Associates, Inc. will discuss some common plant practices he observes in high performing plants while performing audits. He will also focus on some of the typical challenges precast producers face with the new Architectural Certification Categories and COVID constraints.

We encourage all plants - architectural, structural and transportation - to participate. Include your plant personnel and hold internal discussions after the meeting to adapt any ideas into your plant culture.
