Presenter: Cal Beyer, CWP, is the Senior Director of SAFE Workplaces for national nonprofit SAFE Project (SAFE =Stop the Addiction Fatality Epidemic). Cal is a catalyst and advocate to educate, equip, and empower leaders and organizations to address root causes of addiction AND to amplify actions to promote successful solutions in workplaces. Beyer has 35 years of construction and manufacturing risk/safety management experience. He served in national roles for two national insurance carriers and as director of risk management overseeing safety for an aggregate and hot mix asphalt producer and paving contractor.
